If you purchased any Anymatic product and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No justification required.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@anymatic.io with your order number or the email address used during purchase. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After a Refund

Once refunded, your license will be deactivated. You may continue to use free versions of our products, where available.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Since our products are delivered as digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase. This does not affect your 14-day money-back guarantee described above — we honor it regardless.
